The St. Eugene Parish Council serves in an advisory capacity to the Pastor. The Parish Council is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing overall parish policies on a consultive basis. This is accomplished by:
- Holding monthly meetings to monitor Parish activities and the actions of the various boards and Committees.
- Reviewing and approving annual budgets of revenues and expenditures as submitted by the Finance Committee.
- Promoting open and constructive discussion and dialogue among all parishioners for the promotion of greater love, understanding, unity and community-life by the parishioners.
- With the Pastor, the Council sets long and short term goals.
- With the Pastor, the Council shares responsibilities for service, ministries and activities pursued for the common goals.
