All ministers should arrive 15 minutes before Mass begins. Duties may require your attention, such as worship aides to be distributed by the ushers, etc.
When you arrive, make sure to check your name off the schedule in the binder in the Sacristy. It is extremely important to provide a dependable replacement when you are unable to fulfill your scheduled duty.
